CAD Draftperson
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in architecture preferred with a minimum of 3 years of AutoCAD experience
- Experience with Type V of architectural documents for residential
construction a must; experience in light commercial construction
a plus
- Working knowledge of California Building Codes and ADA requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills, task oriented and willing to work in a team environment
- Must enjoy multi tasking on variety of projects in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- CAD as built documentation and all phases of design and construction
Senior Production Project Captain
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Type V residential construction; experience
in commercial light construction a plus
- Prior team management experience and the ability to coordinate
construction documents
- Strong organizational and communicational skills and the
ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of local, state and national code requirements
- Mastery in AutoCAD
Responsibilities:
- Development and coordination of technical architectural documents
during all phases of projects, directing project team members,
manage production of construction documents, assist with construction
administration during implementation of projects
- Assist principal architect with consultant coordination,
agency reviews and onsite construction observation
