Kelly Sutherlin McLeod Architecture, Inc. is headquartered in an iconic International Style building, a designated City Historic Landmark, designed in 1955 by noted architect Edward Killingsworth, FAIA, in Long Beach, California.
The interior of the building features eleven foot ceiling heights, walls of glass, and free-flowing space with a large exterior reflection pool embellishing Killingsworth’s innovative architectural style. The building won one of the coveted Honor Awards in the National American Institute of Architects (AIA) Architectural Competition and has been featured in many architectural journals throughout the world. Currently under consideration for National Register status, plans are underway for the restoration of the building.
