Isaac Milbank House
One of Santa Monica’s most prominent historic properties, this designated Landmark was designed and built by Milwaukee Building Company/Meyer & Holler in 1911. KSMA led the project team in the exterior restoration of the house and accessory buildings, as well as the revitalization of the landscape and interiors, working closely with landscape designer Christine London, Ltd., interior designer Karin Blake, and Structural Focus.
